Material Guide

Velvet: A soft, durable upholstery fabric with a natural sheen. Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — never rub. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading, and gently brush the pile in one direction to keep its texture.

Suede: A napped leather finish that's soft to the touch. Brush regularly with a suede brush to lift dirt and restore texture. Treat spills quickly by blotting, then allow to air dry naturally. Use a suede protector spray periodically, and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct heat.

Cotton & Linen: Breathable, natural fabrics ideal for everyday use. Vacuum regularly to prevent dust build-up. Spot clean with a mild soap and lukewarm water, working from the outside of the stain inward. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach, which can weaken the fibres over time.

Wood: Solid wood and engineered wood finishes add warmth and durability. Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid soaking the surface. Use coasters and placemats to protect against heat, moisture, and scratches. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes, which can cause warping or fading over time.

General Care

Free delivery nationwide across South Africa.
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days for major cities, 2–5 working days for outlying areas.

Returns Policy

Change of mind: returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Items damaged in transit: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Repairs/replacements are arranged; costs are covered in full for major damage, or covered if Shipping Protection was selected at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 2 weeks of the returned item being received and confirmed.
