They are binding on every person who accesses or uses this Website ("you", "your", "user"). By using the Website, or by placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to users who are consumers for purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (the "CPA"). These Terms and Conditions are divided into two parts: Part A – Orders and Sales, and Part B – General Legal Terms.

PART A – ORDERS AND SALES

2. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Goods — Please refer to our Returns & Damage Policy for full details on change-of-mind returns, items damaged in transit, and our optional Shipping Protection add-on. Where Goods are unavailable after an order has been placed, HG Bava will notify you and refund you in full within 30 days.

3. Registration and Use of the Website — You may check out as a guest or register an account. By using the Website you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, or under parental/guardian supervision.

4. Conclusion of Sales and Availability of Stock — Receipt of payment confirms a purchase. Stock is limited; if unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and refund any amount paid.

5. Payment — Payment can be made via Visa or Mastercard, PayFast (cards, Instant EFT, Mobicred and more), Payflex, PayJustNow, or bank deposit/EFT.

6. Delivery of Goods — HG Bava offers free delivery nationwide across South Africa via professional courier.

7. Errors — We take reasonable care to accurately reflect product details; liability is limited to refunding amounts paid.

8. Vouchers, Coupons and Promotions — Vouchers are valid for 6 months from issue.
