How much will shipping cost?

We offer free delivery nationwide across South Africa. Delivery timelines vary slightly depending on your location, but the cost of standard delivery is always covered by us.

Shipping Protection

At checkout, you can opt in to Shipping Protection for 2% of your order value. This covers the cost of repair, replacement, and return shipping if your item is damaged in transit by our courier. We recommend this for larger items like sofas and corner couches, where return shipping costs can be significant. See our Returns & Damage Policy for full details.

How will my order reach me?

We use a professional courier service to deliver your order to your door. Please provide a full street address and make sure someone is available to receive the package. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our store.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! If you're in the Polokwane area, you're welcome to collect your order directly from our store. Email info@hgbavaco.co.za to arrange collection, or visit us at 57 Nelson Mandela Dr, Superbia, Polokwane.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed once payment has been received and reflects in our account. Please note EFT payments can take longer to reflect, which may delay processing.

• Major cities: 2–3 working days
• Outlying areas: 2–5 working days
