How much will shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping anywhere within Limpopo and Gauteng, depending on the area a product will be delivered to, the charges will be calculated accordingly, as we use a courier company to make deliveries for us, the costs are based on volumetric weight and distance. We negotiated rates with the courier company for the best available rates but we keep thriving to reduce these costs our clients.

How will my order reach me?

For local orders, we use a courier service that will deliver your package to your door, so please provide us with a street address and make sure someone will be present to receive your package. We will send you a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our store and is on the way to you for you to see where exactly the parcel is.

Can I collect?

Yes! If you are in the Polokwane area, you can collect your order directly from the store. Please the email or visit the store at 57 Nelson Mandela Dr, Superbia, Polokwane.

How long will it take?

Kindly note that we only process orders when we have received your payment and the money reflects in our account. EFT payments sometimes take longer to reflect and may therefore delay your order.


For local orders:

You can expect it in 2 – 3 working days if you are in a major city and 2 – 5 working days if in an outlying area Please note that these lead times are only an estimate and may vary depending on your order and where you are situated. If you have any questions about how long it will take, or you need to ensure that your parcel arrives by a certain date, we advise that you contact us first.

Payment Methods

  1. Credit Card Payments
    1. PayFast is a secure online payment processing service that we use to process credit card payments (as well as other methods). Read more about their payment methods
    2. If you make your payment via PayFast, your order will be processed immediately and you don’t have to send proof of payment.
  1. Bank Deposit/EFT
    • If you choose this method, you will receive an invoice (via email) upon the completion of your order containing the details of your order and our banking details. You can send your proof of payment to but please note that we will only start processing your order after the full payment reflects in our bank account.
