5. Create an account OR fill in your shipping and billing addresses. If there is anything you would like us to know when preparing your order, type it into the ‘Notes’ box. If you have a coupon code, paste or type it into the coupon box.
6. Select your payment method and click ‘Place Order’.

If you are still unsure, simply send us an email at info@hgbavaco.co.za with a list of the products you want to purchase, as well as your name, contact details and shipping/billing address, and we’ll take it from there.

H.G. Bava CC is based in Polokwane, South Africa but we ship countrywide. You can come and collect your order from us if you are in the area. You can either email info@hgbavaco.co.za or come in store at 57 Nelson Mandela Dr, Superbia, Polokwane.

Kindly note that we only process orders when we have received your payment and the money reflects in our account. EFT payments sometimes take longer to reflect and may therefore delay your order.

For local orders:

You can expect it in 2 – 3 working days if you are in a major city and 3 – 5 working days if in an outlying area. Please note that these lead times are only an estimate and may vary depending on your order and where you are situated. If you have any questions about how long it will take, or you need to ensure that your parcel arrives by a certain date, we advise that you contact us first.

Most definitely, we offer returns with a full refund, please ensure you read our Returns page as we do not cover the charges for returning the item back to us.

Our site makes use of an SSL certificate, so your information (name, contact details and anything you provide us with) is safe. We will never sell your information to any third-party. Since we use PayGate as an online payment gateway, we do not have access to your credit card or online banking details.

Most Definitely, we will ensure that the gift reaches the person safely, we will just need their contact details in the event they are not home to receive the item.

We do offer custom designs for those clients that require something custom for their home. If you could email info@hgbavaco.co.za with the specifications, we can send it through to the factory to get a quote and if it can be done.
